Why are we here?

We know (from experience) just how difficult parenting can be. There are great days, and there are days where you just feel lost. We’ve been there, and we want to share our strategies for getting the most out of being parents while still focusing on raising future adults. We’ve created the Anti-Reactive Parenting™ model to help parents make difficult decisions using a values-based system and very intentional interaction with their children.

Stephanie Hoppe

Stephanie is the host of the Anti-Reactive Parenting Podcast. She’s a parent educator and counselor, mom of two, and lover of all things related to parenting. Stephanie has worked one-on-one with families for over a decade, walking alongside them in their parenting journey and helping them discover how to connect and communicate with their children, nurture and deepen their relationship with their children, and parent intentionally with the future in mind. As a former military spouse, she has spent years immersed in diverse cultures all over the US, including rural, urban, suburban communities and everywhere in between.  She’s worked with families of all types of cultures, structures, and dynamics.  As an observer and analyzer, Stephanie takes the time to truly get to know the individuals she works with, listening to perspectives, points of view, struggles, and successes.  Through it all, she has discovered the most successful and confident parents ground their parenting decisions in unwavering values that are clear to the caregiving team and their children.
